Learn how to navigate courtroom situations in which a prosecutor or judge is factually or legally incorrect, displays arrogance or hostility, or creates a toxic environment. This session will cover practical techniques for responding to such moments with professionalism and composure, preserving credibility, and remaining effective advocates for your clients without escalating the conflict.
